Can anyone be a successful entrepreneur?

That's a great question.  I liked the following article on the subject:  http://www.entrepreneurspro.com/is-it-possible-for-anyone-to-be-a-successful-entrepreneur/?goback=%2Egde_2013391_member_131759981

I agree with the author that anyone CAN become a successful entrepreneur.  What they need is to delve in the right environment to get a feel and absorb the mentality from already successful entrepreneurs and get a good step by step training to what it really means to start a business?  What does it mean to be an entrepreneur, really, in today's world?  It helps alleviate some of the misconceptions they have about it all.

One thing most people don't understand about entrepreneurship is that opposite to a job, which is oriented towards having responsibilities and assigned tasks to accomplish, entrepreneurship is about partnerships.  Once new entrepreneurs understand that their risky project is all about partnerships and dividing the risks and tasks, it becomes less likely to create a nervous breakdown for them.

I do believe however that a starting entrepreneur needs to also have a strong motivation to at least get started on this path of learning and doing in the first place, to get rid of the inertia and get going.

As a Master Entrepreneur myself, I meet and teach lots of people to start off in entrepreneurship.  Its a great vocation and I love seeing normal employees ending up with their own successful businesses.  There's nothing like it.
